Willia Dean Highbaugh, 88, of Sweeden passed away at 12:05 PM March 27, 2015 at Edmonson Care and Rehab.
The Grayson County native was a homemaker. She was a daughter of the late Roy Delaware Sanders and Lillie Mae Jaggers Sanders and the wife of the late Emit Highbaugh. She was preceded in death by two grandsons, Seth Highbaugh and Scott York.
Funeral will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Hill Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 PM Sunday, 9 AM-9 PM Monday and 9-10 AM Tuesday at Gravil Funeral Home.
Surviving are two daughters, YolandaVanMeter (Virgil) of Brownsville and Kay Rutt (Alan) of Woodburn; six sons, Larry Highbaugh (Georgia) of Upton, Gary Highbaugh (Pat) and Ricky Highbaugh (Penny) both of Sweeden, Wayne Highbaugh (Kathy) of Millheim, PA, Jerry Highbaugh (Marcha) of Falls of Rough and Terry Highbaugh (Lerica) of Mammoth Cave; 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and 15 great great grandchildren.
