Kenneth James Guntle, Criminal Mischief, 1st degree, amended. Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree, pleaded guilty. Alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense, pleaded guilty. Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, pleaded guilty. Disorderly conduct, 2nd degree, pleaded guilty. Ordered to pay $785 restitution by 8/25/15.

David L James, Terroristic Threatening, pleaded not guilty. Pre trial conference for 1/6/15, attorney appointed.

Michael Shawn Clark, Theft By Deception Including Cold Checks, Two Counts.  pleaded guilty, fined $500 for each count, suspended for two years on condition no similar offense. Court costs $184, show cause hearing for 3/24/15.

Ronnie T Lane, Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, meth. Pleaded not guilty. Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, pleaded not guilty. Drug Paraphernalia, pleaded not guilty. Attorney appointed, preliminary hearing set for 12/16/14. 

Scott D. Lane,  Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, meth. Pleaded not guilty. Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, pleaded not guilty. Drug Paraphernalia, pleaded not guilty. Attorney appointed, preliminary hearing set for 12/16/14. 

Eric Todd Lyvers, Assault, 4th degree, domestic violence, minor injury. Pleaded not guilty, Pre trial conference set for 12/23/14. Court costs, $184.
