A man from Falls of Rough walked away from a rollover crash in the predawn hours of Friday, December 1, 2017, according to local officials. The Edmonson County Sheriff's Office said that Christopher L. Nelson (31) was headed east on KY 728 (Nolin Dam Road) when he lost control of his 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup around 5am this morning. Officials said the truck left the roadway and overturned. Nelson reportedly was able to unbuckle his seatbelt while upside down and crawl out the busted rear glass of the truck. The only injury he reported to the Sheriff's office was a slight headache, according to officials. Nelson was quoted on scene by the Sheriff as saying, "God was definitely looking out for me." Wet roads were said to be the contributing factor in the accident. Also responding to the scene was the Kyrock Fire Department and Edmonson EMS.
