![]() Edmonson Voice Staff Gary Lynn Highbaugh, 63, of Nolin Dam Road, faces charges of 2nd degree assault, 1st degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication, and 1st degree trafficking of a controlled substance after he was arrested yesterday. The Edmonson County Sheriff's Department said Highbaugh was accused of entering the Bee Spring Restaurant while intoxicated and began threatening one of the customers, Dickie Saltsman of Bee Spring.
