KSP Press Release (Bowling Green, KY.) On Sunday, October 12, 2014, Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green was requested by the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a single vehicle fatal collision. According to Trooper Chris Newkirk, James Miller (19) of Sweeden was travelling south on Little Mountain Road in Edmonson County when his vehicle collided with a pedestrian. The pedestrian, Tammy Duncan (49) of Sweeden died as a result of the collision. The investigation is still ongoing and is being investigated by Trooper Chris Newkirk. The Edmonson Voice will continue to follow the story as more details unfold.
