A Bowling Green man has died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash on I-165, formerly known as Natcher Parkway on Thursday morning, according to Kentucky State Police. On Thursday, May 5th, 2022, at approximately 9:50 am, Kentucky State Police Post 3 received a call for service in reference to an injury collision in Warren County, where troopers responded to the scene located at the 2-mile marker of I-165 northbound, KSP stated. Police said that a 2004 Honda Civic, operated by 36 year old Matthew Harr of Bowling Green, was traveling northbound on Interstate 165 near the 2-mile marker in Warren County when the vehicle exited the right shoulder of the roadway and struck several trees before coming to rest. Matthew Harr was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Warren County Coroner’s Office. The investigation is being led by Trooper Kevin Mayfield. He was assisted on scene by other KSP personnel, Woodburn Fire Department, Bowling Green Fire Department, and the Warren County Coroner’s Office.
