Edmonson Circuit Court was recently held where a Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

Virginia Rodriguez: trafficking in controlled substance first degree second or greater offense - greater than or equal to 2g of meth. Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Possession of controlled substance first-degree methamphetamine. Persistent felony offender second-degree.

Caleb G Vincent, assault third-degree police officer, menacing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct second- degree, terroristic threatening third- degree, attempted disarming a peace officer.

Amy Koepl: possession of controlled substance first-degree meth, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

Tracy J Hornbeck: Possession of controlled substance first-degree meth. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

Victor a Escobar: speeding 26 mph over speed limit, theft by unlawful taking auto $10,000 or more, wanton endangerment first-degree police officer, fleeing or invading police first degree motor vehicle, wanton endangerment first degree, reckless driving, no operator's or moped license, fleeing or evading police first-degree on foot, criminal mischief first degree.

Charles Grindley: Two counts criminal mischief first degree, retaliating against a participant in the legal process.

Shane A Key: criminal abuse first degree, wanton endangerment first degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct second- degree, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, persistent felony offender second- degree.

Caleb G Vincent: Three counts-assault third-degree police officer, criminal mischief 3rd degree, assault 4th degree domestic violence, four counts- wanton endangerment first degree, resisting arrest.

Paul M. Logsdon: criminal mischief first degree, retaliating against a participant in the legal process, persistent felony offender first degree.

Jean-Luc A Houchin: criminal trespassing third degree, possession of controlled substance first  degree methamphetamine.

Edwin J. Leonet Carrillo: feeding 26MPH above speed limit, two counts theft by unlawful taking auto $10,000 or more, wanton endangerment first degree police officer, fleeing or evading police first degree motor vehicle, wanton endangerment first degree, reckless driving, fleeing or evading police first degree on foot, criminal mischief first degree.

Joshua C. Sonnier: possession of controlled substance first-degree methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.
