Charles R Hayes, Intimidating a participant in the legal process, stalking in the first degree. Jennifer Elmore, Theft by unlawful taking over $500 (7) counts, Theft by unlawful taking under $500 (6) counts, Theft by failure to make required disposition (5) counts. Mark E Higgs, Tampering with physical evidence, Leaving scene of accident, Possession of open alcoholic container. Barton Houchin, Fleeing or evading police second degree (foot), Fleeing or evading police first degree (motor vehicle), Persistent felon offender first degree, Operating ATV on roadway. **Phillip Lindsey, Criminal Mischief first degree, Assault second degree. Laura Panella, Wanton endangerment first degree, possession of open alcoholic container, no insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, assault first degree, leaving scene of accident, operating motor vehicle under influence of drugs or alcohol, criminal mischief first degree. Vernon Patton, Tampering with physical evidence, persistent felony offender first degree. Patrick Kyle Roby, Carrying concealed weapon, possession of controlled substance first degree, second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopher T Richards, manufacturing methamphetamine, firearm enhanced, possession of controlled substance first degree, firearm enhanced, possession of firearm by convicted felon, controlled substance endangerment to a child fourth degree (2) counts, possession of marijuana- firearm enhanced, possession of drug paraphernalia-firearm enhanced. James R Miller, Reckless Homicide. Brian Tarter, Possession of controlled substance first degree, firearm enhanced, wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief second degree, possession of marijuana firearm enhanced. **We were contacted by Phillip N. An indictment is only a formal charge and is not an admission of guilt. All parties are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
