Edmonson Circuit Court was held on August 17, 2015 where a Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

Bryan Tipton, Fleeing or evading police first degree motor vehicle, fleeing or evading police second degree, possession of controlled substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, wanton endangerment first degree police officer, wanton endangerment first degree (3 counts), reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under influence of drugs or alcohol. persistent felony offender second degree.

Thomas Stine, Possession of firearm by convicted felon, operating motor vehicle under influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to notify DOT of address change, failure to produce insurance card, persistent felony offender first degree.

Laura Thomas, Bail jumping in the first degree.

James L. Chapman, Theft by deception over $500, persistent felony offender second degree.

Charity S. Meredith, Theft by unlawful taking over $500.

Willy Ray Lindsey, Possession of controlled substance first degree (2 counts), possession of synthetic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, firearm enhanced (2 counts).

Lee Edward Ray, Assault second degree, wanton endangerment first degree, terroristic threatening third degree, persistent felony offender first degree.

Trevor D.
