Darren Doyle, story: Both U.S. Congressman Brett Guthrie and State Representative Michael Meredith have filed for re-election to their respective offices. Guthrie, who has represented Kentucky’s second congressional district since January 2009, filed for reelection on Wednesday, November 10th. Meredith filed for re-election today to represent Kentucky’s 19th House District, which includes Edmonson County and part of Warren County. Meredith has held the seat since 2011. More candidates have filed for offices in Edmonson County.
