I would like to thank the VFW for their honor and recognition of May as firefighter of the year. It was a very humbling experience and I thank them for all the kind words and recognition of my career in firefighting.

I would like to thank the VFW for their honor and recognition of me as firefighter of the year. It was truly humbling to hear the kind words that were spoken and to receive the certificate honoring my years in the fire service and to the citizens of Edmonson County. Ronnie and I love our County and have been very privileged to raise our children here and to be involved in many organizations and projects for our County. God is good!
