NOTICE OF REGULAR AUDIO/VIDEO TELECONFERENCE MEETING

In accordance with KRS 61.823, KRS 61.826, Executive Order 2020-243, OAG 20-05, 2020 Senate Bill 150 and the March 31 Attorney General Advisory, the Edmonson County Fiscal Court will meet in session at 6:00 p.m. on January 25, 2021 to consider the following Agenda.  The meeting will take place via audio teleconference due to the current public health situation with the fiscal court not meeting in person.    1. Approve Corey Culbreth to Extension Board, effective January 28, 2021 for a 3 year term to expire January 28, 2024.
   2. Appoint Scott Lindsey to Industrial Authority, effective immediately with term to expire August 1, 2022.
   3. Approve Todd Lyvers $1.00 per hour pay increase from $9.00 to $10.00 per hour, effective January 18, 2021.
   4. Approve Darrel Sanders pay increase from $12.50 to $15.00 per hour. Additional responsibilities include mechanical work on Road vehicles and equipment.
   5. Approve 2021 County Paid Holidays. Holiday was inadvertently left off.
   6. Approve letter to Brownsville-Edmonson County Rescue Squad requesting their entity be actively engaged in an audit performed by a certified CPA, otherwise we will not renew their Accident and Sickness Insurance Policy with Curneal & Hignite. Rescue Squad will be removed from policy April, 28, 2021.
