Four Wheeler Park Noise

There sure is lots of people tore up over this 4 wheeler park by the dam. If there ain't no law against noise here, then who gets their way? People that live there have a right to peace and quiet and the 4 wheeler riders ought to have a right to have a business. Why can't the business owners and home owners get together instead of calling the law? Who do you think is right?

I think I've heard this one before...oh wait, that was the gas plant in Rocky Hill. I'll tell you the same thing I told the gassy neighbors, no-- not that gassy neighbor.  Common sense rules, common courtesy should prevail, uncommon themes these days. Next thing you know BBQ will be banned because of the smoky smell, too late (see Austin, TX for that one). The reason 99.9% of laws get put on the books these days is because the 10 laws that our judicial system is inspired by have long since  been removed. "Love thy neighbor as thyself", great advice whether you believe the rest of the Book or not.
