Dear mongoose,
I was reading the articles about the fiscal court meetings and the Rocky Hill issues where Edmonson County doesn't have zoning laws. I guess I assumed all counties had some sort of planning and zoning, what is the great Mongoose's opinion on zoning laws? With freedom comes great responsibility, the responsibility lies with every citizen benefiting from said freedom. The assumption is that one's conscience would guide he/she to make proper decisions. I am a freedom lover, laws, even zoning laws are in place for those who who do not possess a strong conscience or strong regard for their fellow man. To answer your question I am anti-zoning, pro common sense. I am also against hot coffee warning labels and helmet laws, if you don't think hot coffee will burn you or that landing on your head at 70mph will hurt you, try it once and leave the rest of us alone.
