Kyrock Elementary Playset Raffle

With Kyrock Elementary School set to build a new school building next Spring, a new playground is in need. The vision of the new playground is to be all inclusive, wheelchair accessible, and provide different levels of play to meet the developmental needs and ages of every student who attends KES. Kyrock’s PTO will be financially responsible for the new playground. They will be raffling off a custom built play-set at their annual Fall Festival on October 18, 2024.

Michelle Haycraft, Kyrock PTO President, said "We would like to send a thank you to the fabulous sponsors who made this raffle possible: Alford’s Pharmacy & Drive Thru, Bank of Edmonson County, SCA Excavation & Demolition, Advanced Hydroseeding, and C&A Plumbing. Without their generous donations, this play-set would not have been possible."

The play-set was constructed with treated lumber and has a metal roof. It also includes an upper and lower 5’x5’ play area with ladder, slide, climbing net, two swings, one saucer swing, and a trapeze swing bar.

Raffle tickets go on sale, September 27, 2024, and will be available for purchase until October 18, 2024 at 6:30 PM. Tickets can be bought individually or in bundles. Contact a PTO member, student of the school, or call Kyrock directly to purchase tickets. You may also complete a virtual Google form and submit electronic payment via Venmo. If utilizing the electronic form/payment option, physical copies of the raffle tickets will be dispersed to participants once all information is verified.

Tickets start at $15 for one ticket, $25 for two tickets, and $40 fort hree tickets. Attendance is not required to win and transportation/set-up of the play-set is available at an additional cost (cost determined on location of delivery).

Play-set is currently on display at Kyrock Elementary for all to see!
