Windell Wisdom, age 77, of Park City, KY, departed this life on Sunday, March 29, 2020 in Horse Cave, KY. The Bunker, MO native was born on November 10, 1942 to the late Henry Andrew Wisdom and the late Minnie Rose Metzger Wisdom. He was married to Norma Rae Pogue Wisdom, who also preceded him in death.
Windell was a retired General Motors employee, a truck driver and a member of Park City Baptist Church. He leaves to honor his memory— two sons, Warren Wisdom of Park City and Wayne Wisdom (Belinda) of Chalybeate; one daughter, Wendy Wisdom of Madison, TN; one grandson, Tanner Wisdom of Chalybeate and one brother, Ted Wisdom (Geanie). The Jefferson County native was an Air Force veteran and a skilled craftsman at dry wall and woodwork. He owned his own business in Morgan Hill, California for many years. He loved animals and nature and fed the birds every morning that he was able. He built his cabin tree house in Cub Run and enjoyed the trees and Bacon Creek. He also loved the mountains and forestry. He wanted to be remembered for his love of Creation. His favorite song was "The Animal Fair" by Tex Ritter. No public services are scheduled. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Frankie Sanders, age 77, of Brownsville departed this life on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 in Brownsville. The Edmonson County native was born on April 14, 1942 to the late Walker Sanders and Ester Fitzgerald Sanders.

Robert retired from DESA as an inspector. He was saved as a young boy at Delafield Baptist Church, and joined Chalybeate United Baptist Church, where he remained a faithful member. Robert was also actively involved in starting the Chalybeate Volunteer Fire Department, and also served as fire chief for a few years. He also enjoyed fixing computers and giving them to people in need. Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory— one daughter, Anissa Watt (David) of Otter Gap; two grandsons, Joshua Watt (Jordan) and Joseph Watt (Megan) all of Otter Gap; three great-granddaughters, Charlotte, Skylar and Caroline Watt, and four sisters, Genova Vincent, Vasta Lewis, Deneise Vicic (Joe) and Debbie Oliver (Donnie) all of Bowling Green. He was also preceded in death by nine brothers, Michael, Thomas, Henry, James, Vernal, Darrell, Pleas Thomas, Jr., Roger and Bobby. The Edmonson County native was born on February 23, 1951 to the late Harry Cheston “Chet” and Joan Dawes Wood. He was married to his devoted wife and best friend, Sharon Reynolds Wood, who survives.
Clark retired as a truck driver, and worked several years for J.B. Distributors and Buttram Farms. He was currently employed by the Edmonson County Fiscal Court as District 3 Magistrate. Clark was a member of Cedar Springs United Baptist Church and Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F&AM. Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory-- two children, Leigh Anne Wood Dillihay (Baker) of Bowling Green and Jason Clark Wood of Cedar Springs; three grandchildren, Chance Cowles of Chalybeate, Mattie Lindsey (Anthony) of Pig and Bailey Dillihay of Bowling Green; one brother, Barry Lee Wood of Silent Grove; an aunt, Nadine McDaniels of Cave City and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association, and a member and church secretary of Little Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He was married to his devoted wife of sixty-five years, Glenda Gaye Webb Gibson, who survives.
Billy was a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps and served during the Korean War era. He retired after thirty-five years as a tool and dye maker from Reynolds Metals Company, and served as a former union officer. Billy was also a member of the Pleasant Union United Baptist Church, Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F&AM, and was a past noble grand and treasurer of the Brownsville Odd Fellow Lodge #164 FLT. She was a daughter of the late Ernest Calhoun Buckner and Norma Lois Newton Buckner and the wife of the late Harold G. Smith. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Buckner. Mr. White was a faithful member and pastor for 28 years at Boiling Springs Church of Christ. He was also an educator at Foundation Christian Academy and Bowling Green Christian Academy. Mr. White retired from Edmonson County High School where he taught Chemistry, U.S. History, and coached the Academic Team for many years. In his various roles, he had a charisma that made learning a joy. He was not only a Christian role model, but also a friend to his congregation, peers, students and former students. Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory-- one son, Josh White (Katurah) of Cave City; one grandson, Jonathan White of Cave City; one brother-in-law, Ronnie Ward; two nephews, Jared Moore (Melissa) and Jerry Ward (Alexandria) and two nieces, Beth Gibbons (Anthony) and Tosha Hunt; several great nephews and nieces.
