Helen Duvall, 78, of Bee Spring passed away May 30, 2018 at her home.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a Seventh Day Adventist. She was a daughter of the late Martin Duvall and Dorothy Hayes Duvall. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Hook; and a grandson, Abram Hook. No public services are scheduled. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Surviving are a son, Kevin Flaherty of Somerset; three brothers, Kenny Duvall of Louisville, Henry Allen Duvall (Kim) of Winder, GA and Jimmy Risen of Bee Spring; four sisters, Debbie Kendrick of Louisville, Vickie Huffman of Mt. Washington, Renea Hunt of Bee Spring and Mandy Day (Darrell) of Atlanta; a granddaughter, Angela Hook Kamber; and a great grandchild, Coen Kamber. Charles Wells, age 88 of Rhoda, KY departed this life on Saturday, May 26, 2018 in Bowling Green, KY. The Edmonson County native was born on April 26, 1930 to the late Roy and Oma Houchin Wells. He was married for fifty-five years to Shirley Woosley Wells, who preceded him in death.
Charles was a farmer, and a member of Beaver Dam United Baptist Church. He was also a faithful member and treasurer of the Edmonson County Lions Club. Charles is survived by one son, Eddie Wells of Brownsville. KY; one daughter, Christi Russo (Dennis) of O’Fallon, MO; two grandchildren, Chaz Wells and Marjori Russo; one brother, Leo Wells of Bowling Green, KY; one aunt, Violet Wells of Bowling Green, KY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Jimmie Wells. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. She was a native of Kingsport, TN and attended high school at Sullivan North. She continued her education at East Tennessee State University, and received her master's degree in clinical psychology. After graduating, she moved to Knoxville, TN to start her career as a psychologist. She then moved to Bowling Green, KY to continue her career, and has resided there for the past ten years.
Jill was more than just a drug and alcohol counselor. She always had a strong passion for helping people and horses, which led her to becoming a Certified EAGALA Practitioner. Jill helped to start the Outside In Equine Assisted Activities Organization, where she has worked for the past two years, alongside her clinical counseling career. She is survived by her parents, Donna Stacey and Henry Stacey. She was also the devoted wife to, James M. Broaddus, II, and a loving mother to, Matthew Richesin, Daniel Blankenship, Leah Blankenship, CJ Keller, Trey Broaddus, and Jack Broaddus. No services have been scheduled at this time. Kimberly Cummings Davis, 52, of Brownsville passed away at 7:10 PM Tuesday May 22, 2018 at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Hoyt Cummings and Bonnie Davis Cummings. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tonya Willoughby. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM Friday at Gravil Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM Friday. Surviving are her husband, Tony Davis; two sons, Brandon Vincent (Megan) and Justin Lindsey (Leah) both of Brownsville; a daughter, Amberly Young (Eric) of Brownsville; two sisters, Ronda Lindsey of Scottsville and Shawn Cummings of Brownsville; a brother, Vance Cummings of Hendersonville, TN; 14 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bradley Joe Davis, age 48 of Buford, GA departed this life on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at his residence. The Edmonson County native was born on September 12, 1969 to Roy Neal and Doris Jane Sanders Davis, who survive.

The Madison, IN native was a truck driver. He was a son of the late Cecil L. Bear and Martha F. Isaacs Bear. He was preceded in death by a son, Jeff Jones and a brother-in-law, James "Bubby" Phelps. The Warren County native was born on March 25, 1949 to the late Earl Thomas Priddy and Lena Mae Hendrick Priddy. He was married to his devoted wife of fifty-one years, Ellen Sanders Priddy, who survives.
Tommy worked in maintenance at Kellwood Manufacturing and Brownsville Manufacturing for twenty-five years. He later retired as Maintenance Team Leader from JCI in Glasgow. Tommy was a charter member of Chalybeate Volunteer Fire Department where he once served as Assistant Fire Chief. He was also a faithful member of the Edmonson County Lions Club, and served as a volunteer deputy under Sheriff Eddie Railey. Most importantly, Tommy was a member of Chalybeate United Baptist Church where he served as Assistant Sunday School teacher and Assistant Sunday School Superintendent. Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory-- three sons, Greg Priddy, Joey Priddy (Cindi) and Kevin Priddy (Melinda) all of Chalybeate; three brothers, Danny Priddy (Louise) of Brownsville, Henry Priddy (Vivian) of Brownsville and Dennis Priddy (Larissa) of Smiths Grove; five sisters, Linda Wooden (Ray) of Arizona, Patricia Cundiff (Marvin) of Glasgow, Brenda Fay Jenkins (Frank) of Cookeville, TN, Mildred Lindsey (Brent) of Elizabethtown and Mary Evelyn White (Bill) of Smiths Grove; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one uncle, Rondell Priddy (Vickie) of Leitchfield; one aunt, Wanda Layne (Joe) of Springfield, OH and a special cousin, Artie Downs (Betty) of Florida.
