September 1, 2014 at her home. Imogene was the daughter of the late Alton and Versie Bryant, also of the Pine Grove Community. She was preceded in death by two brothers Don Bryant and Hal J Bryant, two sisters Dorothy Bryant Meredith and her husband Momen, and Joyce Bryant Wingfield and her husband M.O. She was also preceded in death by a nephew Donald Ray Bryant. Imogene was a life long member of Pine Grove Presbyterian Church in Edmonson County where she had once served as treasurer and pianist. She was retired from Riley's Bakery in Bowling Green where she had worked for 58 years. She was well loved and respected by the congregation of her church and by the employees of Riley's Bakers. Imogene was a graduate of Brownsville High School in Edmonson County where she was a cheerleader and basketball player. She loved her daughter, family and friends with her whole heart. She was also ready with a helping hand or a loving piece of advise for anyone in need. Imogene's friends knew her as a "character," always ready with a humorous word or story. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Imogene also loved her home, living there as a child and eventually returning as an adult. She was also a loving caregiver for her mother and father.
