James Earl Bunch, Sr., age 71, of Park City departed this life on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in Glasgow. The Hart County native was born on April 5, 1951 to the late Leonard and Rose Craine Bunch. He was married to Charlene Heath Bunch, who survives.
James served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He was a former employee of Anderson Woodworking and a member of the American Legion. Wherever Shaylee was, she would always make people around her smile and laugh, and she dearly loved her extra family at South Edmonson Elementary and Hopebridge. He was a retired rubber worker at American Synthetic Co. who enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding and tinkering with cars. He was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Leitchfield where he was a member for 31 years. Evon was born in Winner, SD and grew up in Indio, CA. He began his roofing career in Illinois, where he served as president of the United Slate, Tile and Composition Roofers, Damp and Waterproof Workers Association, during which he was instrumental in implementing a pension program which is still in effect today. After moving to Kentucky, he continued his roofing career at Western Kentucky University from which he retired. He was a son of the late Clarence Albert Rajewich and Lucille Kahler Rajewich Fenner. The Edmonson County native was born on May 18, 1960 to Mary F. Willis and the late Virgil Dallas Willis, Sr.
Billy was saved as a young boy and was a member of New Home General Baptist Church. He loved fishing, listening to Elvis, working puzzles and putting model cars together. Besides his mother, Mary, he leaves to honor his memory— two brothers, Dallas Willis, Jr. (Marilyn) of White House, TN and Rickey Willis of Brownsville; a sister, LuWanda Brooks (Brad) of Brownsville; four nieces and nephews, Alyssa Brooks, Chris Holt (Sabrina), Brittany Turney (Steven) and Jeramy Willis (Laura). Minton passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 71 years, 10 months, and 14 days.
Grant was born on December 19, 1950 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to the late Percy MInton and Juanita Minton (nee Luttrell). Grant is survived by his beloved wife, Tonda Minton; sons: Matthew (Michelle) Minton, Brandon (Mackenzie) Minton, Marc Adam (Mariah) Clark, and Andrew (Kaitie) Clark; grandchildren: Jaxon Minton, Branson Minton, Bryson Minton, Kinley Grace Clark, Elliot “Ellie” Payton Clark, Hadley Elizabeth Clark, and William “Liam” Thomas Clark; sister, Beth (Donnie) Vincent; niece Katlyn (Justin) Watt; great-niece, Addyson Kate Watt; and great-nephew, Rylan Layne Watt. Grant was also a loving uncle, great uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and friend to many. Reverend Minton was a faithful pastor at Auburn Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Auburn, Kentucky for 27 years. He was also a caring Hospice Chaplain for Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Kentucky. In his spare time, Grant enjoyed spending time with family, reading, coin collecting, and traveling. He was also a history and trivia enthusiast. A memorial service will be held at Auburn Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 320 East Main Street, Auburn, Kentucky on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. The Edmonson County native was a lineman and foreman for Davis H. Elliott Electrical Contractors and a member of Salem United Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Eddie Otto Vincent and Trula Carroll Vincent. He was preceded in death by a son, T.J Vincent; three brothers, Kenny Vincent, Homer Vincent and Elmer Ray Vincent; and five sisters, Anita Vincent, Margaret Bratcher, Becky Higdon, Billie Rose Cook and Joan Vincent. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Key Cemetery. Visitation will take place 3-8 PM Sunday and after 10:00 AM Monday.
