Clovonna Prewitt Lindsey, Age 72

Clovonna Prewitt Lindsey, 72, of Brownsville passed away at 10:24 AM Oct. 4, 2022 at her home.
 
The Edmonson County native was a certified nursing assistant, a homemaker and a member of New Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Everett Prewitt and Petunia Lee Bullock Prewitt. She was preceded in death by a brother, Monty Prewitt and a granddaughter, Lexus Massey Wilson.
 
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will take place 2-8 PM Thursday and after 10:00 AM Friday.
 
Surviving are her husband, Oval Lindsey; two daughters, Vonna Jaggers (Brent) of Mammoth Cave and Tina Williams (Greg) of Chalybeate; three sons, Walter Lindsey of Brownsville, John Lindsey (Melinda) of Bowling Green and Todd Lindsey (Eurica) of Sweeden; four sisters, Patana Case and Johnesse Chism both of Indiana, Vetrena Judd of Eminence and Delilah Crow of Louisville; two brothers, Rommie Prewitt of Garfield and Tommy Prewitt (Peggy) of Louisville;17 grandchildren, Brittany Davis, Raymond Jaggers, Lindsay Durbin, Katlyn Pate, Courtney Graham, Thomas Lindsey, Nathan Lindsey, Jacob Thien, Jordan Thien, Carrie Grogan, Makayla Lindsey, Heather Hickman, Jenna Lindsey, Dalana Jones, Jessica Locke, Cassady Cook and Cheyenne Lindsey; and 21 great grandchildren.
