John L. Dossey, 76

John L. Dossey, 76, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021. He was born August 15, 1945 in Glasgow, Kentucky.  Preceded in death by his father Albert Dossey, his mother Oleda (Leda) Kinslow-Holloway, step-father Robert (Bob) Holloway & brother Michael (Mike) Holloway.  Survived by his loving wife Gisela Dossey, his brother Bill Dossey, daughters Sandy (Bill) Samuel, Becky (Dion) Danforth, grandson Rob (Erin) Floyd, great granddaughter Ryleigh and great grandson Hendrix, extended family and dear friends.

John shared 23 wonderful years of marriage with Gisela.  Years that were filled with love, full of adventures, fun and overall enjoyed a wonderful journey beside her.   John loved all of his friends and family dearly, cherished and valued each and every one who came in contact with him. If you got the privilege of knowing John, please remember him as the fun, loving, super smart and helpful person that he was. John was a wonderful man, husband, brother, uncle, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, neighbor, coworker and unbelievable friend. He loved all dearly and unconditionally.   He considered his Edmonson County High School graduating class of 1964 as part of his family.  He enjoyed his career as a computer systems analyst in Hill-Rom, Batesville Caskets, Cincom, Gibson Greeting Cards, CTG, Standard Register, R.L. Polk and Great American Insurance workplaces where he was successful and made lifelong friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021.  Visitation will be 10 am (ET) until the time of service at 11 am (ET), at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 1553 Kinney Ave, Cincinnati OH 45231.
