Olga Jean Kaiser, age 94, of Bowling Green, went home to be with her loving father on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital. The Corydon, Indiana native was born on August 30, 1931 to the late Charles and Rosie Bailey King. She was married to James Wilson and then Jim Kaiser, both who preceded her in death.
Jean dedicated many years of her life as a field operations assistant with Experience Works, serving others with care and commitment. She was a member of Barren River Baptist Church, where her love for the Lord and her community was evident. Beyond her work and service, Jean found her greatest joy in the simple blessings of life—cooking for those she loved, square dancing, spending time with her cherished family, and doting on her beloved fur babies. Her warm smile was a gift she shared freely, and her storytelling had a special way of bringing laughter and comfort to everyone around her. Her family meant everything to her! She leaves to honor her memory— her children, Johnny Bigler of Elizabethtown, Bonnie DeVore of Bowling Green, Lynn Simms of Arkansas, Vickie Payne (Roger) of Bowling Green and Rose Holder of Bowling Green, along with several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Two of her children, Tony Blalock and Hazel Bunch, were awaiting her at the pearly gates. Jean is now at peace, freed from dementia, illness, pain, and suffering. She has gone on to sing with the angels, and though she will be deeply missed, we find comfort in knowing she rests in heaven until the day we are reunited with her again.
