Reneva Stewart Woosley, 84

​Reneva Stewart Woosley, age 84, of Bowling Green, KY departed this life on Monday, August 15, 2016 at her residence. She was born on June 25, 1932 in Edmonson County, KY to the late Henry Floyd Stewart and Matilda Ann Duvall Stewart. Reneva was the devoted wife to James Mitchell Woosley, who preceded her in death.

Reneva was a homemaker and a loving mother to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a member of New Home General Baptist Church. In the early 70’s, James and Reneva moved to Bowling Green. They were welcomed by a new church family, Martha’s Chapel General Baptist Church, where she attended until her death.

To honor her memory, she leaves one son Joel Woosley (Pamela) of Alvaton; one daughter Angela Donoho (Neil) of Alvaton; three grandchildren, Jamie Woosley (Amy) of Alvaton, Dana Rocheleau (Matt) of Laguna Niguel, CA and Tyler Donoho of Alvaton; two great-grandchildren, Jamison and Carver Woosley; three brothers, Jack Stewart of Louisville, David Stewart (Barrie) of Bowling Green and Joe Stewart (Linda) of Brownsville, KY; two sisters, Jean Dotson of Auburn and Ann Ford of Millington, TN and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, W.T. “Jim” Stewart and F.C. Ford.

Interment will be in New Home Cemetery.
