Letter To The Editor: Call To Action Against Poor Internet

Are you tired of the slow internet speeds? Sick of poor customer service when it comes to your house phone and internet? Would you like more options?

Currently Windstream has a monopoly on the majority of this area, however if enough people were to contact Mediacom and request a site survey, we can get them here as well.

To request a survey to be performed just call 1-800-332-0245. The survey itself can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.

You will need to provide the following when asking for the survey:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Wouldn't you rather have over 8 TIMES the amount of speed for the same price? Do you have someone who loves Netflix? Video Games? Just imagine how much better the quality could be with these higher speeds! Not to mention with Mediacom you can also get TV services!
