Baked Ziti

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pkg (16 oz.) ziti pasta, uncooked
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.
  3. Mix pasta sauce, ricotta and reserved pasta cooking water in large bowl. Add pasta and 1/2 cup mozzarella; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover.
  4. Bake 30 min.; uncover. Bake 10 min. or until heated through.

Tex-Mex Beefy Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pkg (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Mac & Cheese
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 1 cup frozen corn

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain; return meat to skillet. Add salsa and corn; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add prepared Dinner to meat mixture; mix lightly.

Mini Mac & Cheese Meatball Cups

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pkg (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Mac & Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 12 frozen fully cooked turkey meatballs (1 inch)
  • 1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Prepare Dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella; stir until melted. Stir in egg.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. Parmesan into each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Fill with Kraft Dinner mixture; press 1 meatball into Kraft Dinner mixture in each cup.
  4. Bake 15 min. or until meatballs are heated through (165ºF). Top with remaining mozzarella; bake 3 min. or until melted. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce as directed on label.
  5. Serve mac and cheese cups topped with sauce.
