Banana Nut Bread
2 cups self-rising flour ½ cup butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3 large mashed bananas 1 cup chopped nuts Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine butter and sugar and cream together. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in mashed bananas. Fold in flour and nuts. Place in well- greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
