Looking for genealogy info from Lindseys in Edmonson County. Ancestors were William Hayton Lindsey (1795-1869) and his father James William Lindsey (1770-1842). Both died in Edmonson County. William’s daughter, Roseanna Lindsay Farley was my great grandmother and married William Newman Farley in KY before they moved to Texas. Some of Roseanne’s brothers who remained in Edmonson were James (1818-1846), William “Billy” (1818-1880), and Charles (1820 – 1880). All may be buried in Brownsville. If these are your kin and would share stories, photos, etc., please email me Pamela Farley at email@example.com. Thanks!
