It's that time of year again, when some gripe about losing an hour sleep while others are happy to see an extra hour of sunlight in the evenings, also known as "Daylight Savings Time."
Be sure to set your clocks UP one hour before going to bed on Saturday, March 11, 2017, although the time change officially takes place at 2AM on Sunday morning, March 12.
The Chalybeate Fire Department is also reminding the public that now is a good time to change the batteries in smoke, radon, and carbon monoxide detectors as well.
"Most people never think about it, so instead of waiting until late Saturday night, you might want to grab a few extra batteries as you run errands on Saturday," said Fire Chief Daniel Johnson.
For those that can't remember, it's always "spring forward and fall back."
