Mark Higgs, Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, Pleaded not guilty. Refusal to submit to breath/blood/urine test, pleaded not guilty. Possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, pleaded not guilty. No or expired plates, dismissed without prejudice. Pre trial conference for 1/27/15.

Larry William York, Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, first offense. Pleaded guilty. 30 days in jail, credit for 8 days served, suspended for 2 years on no similar offense, license suspended for 60 days. Theft by unlawful taking under $500, dismissed without prejudice. Possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, dismissed without prejudice. Drug paraphernalia, dismissed without prejudice. Total fines and court costs, $759, show cause hearing for 12/15/15.

Hai V. Ho, Speeding, reckless driving, pleaded guilty. Fine plus court cost, $193. Failure to produce insurance card, dismissed without prejudice.

Lonnie James McCrady, Speeding, paid in full. Failure to notify address change to dept of transportation, dismissed without prejudice.

Heather King, No/expired registration reciept, no/expired plates, no tail lamps, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security. All charges dismissed with no court costs.

William Graven, Speeding, sentenced to traffic school. failure to produce insurance card, pleaded not guilty. Pre trial conference for 12/30/14. License to be in possession, dismissed without prejudice. Court costs $143, show cause hearing for 3/10/15

Heather King, Possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, 30 days in jail, suspended for 2 years on no similar offense. Drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days in jail, suspended for 2 years on no similar offense. Court cost $184, show cause hearing for 5/5/15.

Bobby J Lindsey, Possession of synthetic drugs, class B misdemeanor. Public intoxication of controlled substance. Failure to appear, bench warrant issued.

Daniel J Smith, Theft of services, 144 separate counts. Each count amended to misdemeanors. Pleaded not guilty, Pre trial conference scheduled for 1/13/15.

Eric Todd Lyvers, Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense, (meth), Drug Paraphernalia, Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, obstructed vision and or windshield, persistent felony offender first degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree. Pleaded not guilty, Public defender appointed. Preliminary hearing for 12/23/14. Bond modified to $40,000 with 50% cash.
