William J Cates, Possession of marijuana. Dismissed. Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator, 1st offense. Pleaded guilty. Aggravator charged dismissed. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, credit for two days served, balance is suspended for two years on no similar offense. License suspended for 30 days. Total fines and costs, $759.
