Edmonson District Court was held on Tuesday July 7, 2015. The Honorable Judge John M. McCarty presiding.

Jordan Avery Moore, Possession of marijuana. Drug paraphernalia- buy/possess. Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Pleaded not guilty to all. Pretrial hearing set for 7/14/15. Attorney appointed.

Byron Lee Alford, Harrassment- no physical contact, 2 counts. Violation of KY emergency protection order/domestic violence order. Pleaded not guilty to all. Pretrial conference set for 7/14/15. 

Andrea J. Eastman, Public intoxication of controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Pleaded not guilty to all. Pretrial conference set for 8/4/15. 

Michael Scott Jaggers, No/expired KY registration receipt. No/expired registration plates. Controlled substance prescription not in original container, 1st. Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree- drug unspecified. Illegal possession of legend drug. Pleaded not guilty to all. Pretrial conference set for 8/4/15. 

Dillon J. Raidt, One headlight. Proof shown, dismissed.

Michael Richard Vanegas, Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, 1st offense. License to be in possession. Pleaded not guilty to both. Pretrial conference set for 9/29/15.

Cody Willoughby, Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Continued for 7/14/15.

Dacoyte Wayne Richards, Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st. Pleaded guilty. Sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $500 fine. Jail time and $450 probated. Total fines and costs $193.

Jerry Way Napier, No/expired KY registration receipt. No/expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st. Pleaded not guilty to all. Pretrial conference set for 8/4/15.

Dennis Ray Aull,  Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Pleaded guilty. Fined $250. $200 probated. Total fines and costs $193.

Delanea Renee Bratcher, Possession of marijuana. Drug paraphernalia- buy/possess. Illegal possession of legend drug. Failed to appear. $500 bench warrant issued.

Michael Robey, Criminal littering. Continued for 8/4/15.

Charles C. Vibbert, Alcohol intoxication in a public place- 1st and 2nd offense. Continued for 7/14/15.

Daniel Alford, Assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Pleaded not guilty. Pretrial conference set for 8/4/15.

Craig Troutman, Theft by unlawful taking/disposition-firearm. Burglary- 1st degree. Pleaded not guilty. Pretrial hearing set for 7/14/15. Attorney appointed.

Adam Randell Blanton, Burglary- 2nd degree. Intimidating a participant in legal process. Pleaded not guilty to both. Pretrial hearing set for 8/4/15.
