Matthew Gerard Flesch, Alcohol intoxication in a public place-first and second offense. Pleaded guilty, fined $25. Possess open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle. Pleaded guilty, fined $50.

Nicholas D Davis, Operating on suspended/revoked operator's license. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first. No/expired registration plates. Pleaded not guilty to all. Continued on 8/16/16.

Toni Kay Nelson, No/expired registration plates. No/expired KY registration receipt. Proof shown for both counts, both counts dismissed.
