​Noah Samuel Kessinger, Wanton endangerment-first degree. Tampering with physical evidence. Unlawful imprisonment-second degree. Assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Pleaded not guilty to all charges. Pretrial conference 2/27/18.

Brandon Keith Hogan, Operating motor vehicle under influence-first offense. Careless driving. Pleaded not guilty to both charges. Pretrial conference 2/27/18.
