Grand Jury Indictments August 2023

An Edmonson County Grand Jury recently returned the following indictments:

Frieda Shandelee Brooks: Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon by complicity.

Todd Paul Howard: Possession of a controlled substance first degree, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of marijuana, Careless driving.

Michael Shawn Brooks: Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, Possession of marijuana, No registration plates, Operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator's license, Assault - third degree, Resisting arrest, Menacing.

Johnathan Keith Haynes: Theft by taking unlawful property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, Persistent felony offender first degree.

Edwin James Adam Durbin: Assault second degree, Wanton endangerment first degree, Criminal mischief first degree, Terroristic threatening, Bail jumping first degree.

Cody Wayne Scott: Theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, Persistent felony offender first degree.

Christian Lane Connelly: Wanton endangerment first degree, Trafficking in marijuana over 8 ounces less than 5 pounds- first offense.
