Grand Jury Returns Indictments

On December 16, 2014, the Edmonson County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

Scott Lane, Possession of controlled substance in the first degree-second offense, firearm enhanced, Possession of firearm by convicted felon, Possession of drug paraphernalia, firearm enhanced, Persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Ronnie Lane,  Possession of controlled substance in the first degree-second offense, firearm enhanced, Possession of firearm by convicted felon, Possession of drug paraphernalia, firearm enhanced, Persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Jeramie Sanders, Theft by unlawful taking over $500, Persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Steven J. Phelps, Trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of controlled substance in the first degree (Meth) Trafficking in synthetic drugs, possession of synthetic drugs, persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Randall Decker, Manufacturing methamphetamine, second offense, Possession of controlled substance in the first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Christopher Slaughter,  Manufacturing methamphetamine, Possession of controlled substance in the first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Arthur Bratcher,  Manufacturing methamphetamine, Possession of controlled substance in the first degree, (meth) possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laura Westfall, Trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of controlled substance in the first degree (meth) Trafficking in synthetic drugs, Possession of synthetic drugs.

Jessica Moore, Theft of identity, Theft by unlawful taking over $500, Unlawful access of a computer in the first degree.

Charlotte Newton,  Manufacturing methamphetamine, Possession of controlled substance in the first degree, (meth) possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Senate Duvall, Sr, Cultivating marijuana, five or more plants, trafficking in a marijuana over five pounds.

Austin Colgate, Assault in the first degree.

James Reynolds, Criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, theft by unlawful taking over $500, persistent felon offender in the first degree.

James Alan Higgs, Trafficking in marijuana-less than eight ounces, second offense, persistent felonyh offender in the first degree.

Dylean Clark, Assault in the first degree.

Ralph Fox, Jr, Burglary in the third degree (two counts), criminal mischief in the first degree, theft by unlawful taking over $500, (two counts).

Wesley Potter, Trafficking in a controlled substance in the second degree.

Andrea Sowders, Trafficking in a controlled substance in the second degree.

David Mize, Trafficking in controlled substances within 1000 of a school, persistent felony offender second degree.

Jason Salyer, Bail jumping in the first degree, persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Gary Highbaugh, Sr, Assault in the second degree, possession of controlled substance in the first degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place, trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, retaliating against a participant in the legal process, persistent felony offender in the first degree.
