The United States Marshal Service requested the help of the Edmonson County Sheriff's Office yesterday with the service of a federal warrant at the home of Adam Gallagher, 34, in Rocky Hill for various U.S. District Court bond violations in Warren County.
Officials said that once law enforcement arrived on the property near the Barren County line, evidence of a meth lab was in plain view. Further investigation led to the discovery of more evidence of additional labs as well as components used to manufacture meth.
Gallagher was taken into federal custody of the Deputy U.S. Marshal Service for the outstanding warrant, but will also face various additional local charges for manufacturing meth.
An active meth lab was disassembled by a certified meth lab technician. Gallagher was transported and lodged in the Warren County Jail.
