Missing Plum Springs Teen Safely Found

The Kentucky State Police has reported that the missing/ runaway juvenile, 13 year old Lillian Gibson, has been safely located.

The Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green would like to thank anyone that assisted with information in locating her.

No other details were available regarding the incident.

Thank God she was found!
As a mother of a homeschooled child, I was very concerned. this hit close to home!
im not saying this teen ran away because no one may ever know what happened...
however, with all the teens that have been proven to run away from home, shouldn't there be a harsher punishment for them when they are found or return home.
that's all you hear about as of late.
I feel like there should be a harsher punishment due to the fact that the family, community, and law enforcement spend there time and money trying t o locate run away teens. it should not just be a slap on the wrist anymore.
as I said before though, this comment does not pertain to this specific teen. I am so thankful she is safe!
