Other Local Schools Pay Respects To Veterans

Kyrock Elementary and the Edmonson County 5/6 Center were among local schools that honored their veterans today with school programs.

Kyrock featured 3rd grader Brayden Johnson and 4th grader Cecilia Spainhoward leading the song "God Bless The USA" while guest speaker Chester Brooks addressed the crowd.

Local Boy Scouts presented the colors.

The Edmonson County 5/6 Center also honored veterans today at their annual veterans assembly where they hosted guest speaker John Vincent. Andrea Brantley also sang "God Bless The USA." Everyone in attendance received a small American flag.
