![]() Edmonson Voice Staff Report A Bee Spring woman was arrested and charged with DUI earlier today after her vehicle was located as a result of a reckless driving complaint in Brownsville. The Edmonson County Sheriff's Office said they located the vehicle in question, driven by Rhonda Kugler, (59) at the Edmonson County 5/6 Center after she apparently dropped off her grandchild for school. ![]() Officials said that the odor of alcohol was very obvious in addition to other signs of impairment when standard field sobriety tests were administered. Authorities also reported that Kugler blew over twice the legal limit on an intoxilizer. Kugler was charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alc/drugs (2nd offense) (Aggravated Circumstances) and two counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, due to Kugler transporting childen in the vehicle. Kugler was lodged in Hart County jail.

Glad to have her off the road. Now DEAL with her when she comes to court.
