"This year Jacob's Furniture has really stepped up," said Wardlow. "We'll have a new bedroom suite, living room suite with matching coffee and end tables, and a kitchen table and chairs. Also again this year we will have several Lower Level UK packages; each will include a night at the Hyatt with Rafferty's gift cards." Also included in the featured auction items is a seven-night Smoky Mountain vacation, (3BR,2 bath), huge wooden play barn with accessories, floral arrangements, wreaths, gun concealment items, rifle scopes, hunting items, tools, home and garden items, garage items, and the list goes on and on. There will also be numerous silent auction items as well. Wardlow said SHH Inc. is still in search of additional items that would suitable donations for the benefit auction. "We're still seeking donations of quality items. We ask that they're new-in-box items. Lots of us have stuff laying around our house that we haven't even opened and will probably never use. You can donate it to us for auction and it will go to help the people of Edmonson County." All money made from the auction and collaborative events sponsored by SHH, Inc. will go to benefit needy seniors and children and 100% of the money stays in Edmonson County. The program provides Christmas gifts and necessities to locals that are in need. If you wish to donate please contact Mark Wardlow 270-991-2972, or Jeff Rich 270-246-2222. paid advertisement
