Chamber To Host Ribbon Cutting For Warnell Family Pharmacy & Soda Shoppe

The Edmonson County Chamber of Commerce has announced that one of the county's newest businesses will be celebrating a grand opening and ribbon cutting on Monday, July 31st. Warnell Family Pharmacy, located on South Main Street, has invited the community out to their big event.

"Warnell Family Pharmacy and Soda Shoppe is the dream and vision of local pharmacist, Samuel Warnell, and his wife, Valerie," said the Chamber in a spotlight feature. "Drawing from their deep, local roots and the heritage and history of their faith, county, and profession, this new take on the beloved drug store soda fountain days offers a unique, family friendly environment for hungry patrons, as well as a health and pharmacy home where all are cared for and treated like family."

The statement went on to say:

"Growing up in the Mohawk community, Samuel fostered a deep love for the local area and its people. His desire has always been to help his friends and neighbors here in the Edmonson County area. Upon graduation from the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy in 2012, he has spent the last decade serving patients in our local community. After much prayer and planning, he and Valerie felt it was time to continue serving in a greater way. With the support, excitement, and hard work of their five children, family, and friends, Warnell Family Pharmacy and Soda Shoppe was born!"
