Edmonson Voice Staff Report: The Edmonson County Winter Guard competed in the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit (SCGC), Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Barren County High School in Glasgow, KY. This was the first of a month long run in preparation for the SCGC Championships at Western Kentucky University on April 7, 2018. Performing their show, “Carry On,” the Edmonson County Winter Guard came in 2nd place against schools from Kentucky and Tennessee with a score of 74.38. This score was an 11.46 jump from their last competition, and their highest score in the history of the EC Winter Guard program. You can see the EC Winter Guard perform during their annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser Event at the Edmonson County High School, March 22, 2018 at 5:30 pm. Their next competition will be March 17, 2018 at the Beech High School in Hendersonville, TN with performance time at 2:43 p.m.
