Edmonson Voice Staff Report:
Several Edmonson County 4-H Members were recognized at the Mammoth Cave Area 4-H Banquet on November 19th. Members who received State Fair awards as well as 4-H Achievement Clover Levels were recognized. The 4-H Achievement Program is intended to recognize 4-H participants who have outstanding accomplishments and to provide incentive for youth to increase their knowledge, skills and abilities. The following students were recognized in the respective categories: Emma Beavers State Fair – Junior Calligraphy Class Champion, Tomatoes Class Champion Clover Level 2 Megan Beavers State Fair – Reserve Grand Champion Cupcake Wars Clover Level 1 Katelynn Brooks State Fair – Sewing Junior Up cycling Class Champion, Reserve Grand Champion Cupcake Wars Clover Level 2 Hannah Coogle Clover Level 3 Lillian Harmon Clover Level 2 Alivia Higgins Clover Level 2 Anyone wishing to participate in the Edmonson County 4-H Program may contact the Edmonson County Extension Office at 270-597-3628.
