Grand Jury Returns Indictments, November 2017

Edmonson Circuit Court was held on November 3, 2017 where a Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

Robert Wolford, Unlawful transaction with a minor-first degree, illegal sex act under 16yrs of age (10 counts). sexual abuse in first degree-victim under 12 years of age. (10) counts.

Johnny F. Prunty, Tampering with physical evidence. Failure to produce insurance card. Possession of open alcoholic container in motor vehicle. Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., 2nd offense.

​Shawn L. Hayes, Burglary second degree. Theft by unlawful taking. Illegal possession of legend drug.

John Steven Napier, Operating motor vehicle under influence of drugs or alcohol. Fleeing or evading police-first degree-motor vehicle. Abandonment of minor. Operating ATV on roadway. Failure to illuminate head lamps.

Michael R. Mount, Flagrant non support.

Bret Higgs, Assault first degree domestic violence. Assault, fourth degree domestic violence, minor injury-third or greater offense (two counts). Public intoxication. Wanton endangerment first degree.

Jeffery Scott Graham, Trafficking  controlled substance first degree (meth). Possession of drug paraphernalia. Terroristic threatening third degree. Intimidating participant in legal process.

​Stephen Flaherty, Bail jumping first degree.

Raymond Earl Burch, Bail jumping, first degree.

Jimmy Stahl, Bail jumping, first degree.

Michael D. Farris, JR., Burglary second degree. Alcohol intoxication in public place. Theft by unlawful taking under $500. Illegal possession of legend drug. Persistent felony offender first degree.

Howard Cox, Unlawful transaction with a minor second degree. Possession of drug paraphernalia. Failure to wear seat belts. Possession of controlled substance third degree. Prescription controlled substance not in original container. 

Christian D. Merz, Attempted assault first degree. Wanton endangerment first degree (two counts).
