Letter of Thanks From Family of Glenn Childress

The family of Glenn Childress would like to thank everyone who has helped us since his sudden passing. Thank you to the Edmonson County ambulance service and Keith Sanders, and to the Edmonson County Coroner’s office. You were all there at a difficult time and we appreciated your sympathy and compassion.

Roy Gravil and everyone at Gravil Funeral Home gave Glenn a beautiful service and the picture slideshow was perfection. Thanks to Anthony Madison and the staff of Madison’s Flowers for the gorgeous arrangements. We couldn’t have asked for more. A special thanks to Bro. Ronald Renfro for conducting the service. Thanks to Arlen Blanton, Rita Lindsey and the Union Light Church Singers for the lovely music. A very warm thank you to the members of Union Light Church for fixing us a home cooked meal after the service. Thank you to Mark, Kelly, Jason, Garry, Jeremy and Matt for taking on the task of being Glenn’s pallbearers.

​Lastly, thank you to everyone who brought food to the funeral home, stopped by, texted, called and sent flowers or gifts. We are truly humbled by the amount of people who turned out to help us say goodbye to our beloved husband, dad, and papaw.
