SERVPRO of Butler, Hopkins, Ohio, Muhlenberg, and Edmonson counties is working to help those in Texas who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey. In addition to sending teams to work there, they are are collecting non-perishable food and bottled water to aid those in need.
Josh Roney State Farm Insurance is partnering with SERVPRO to collect this food and water. Donations are being accepted at the Brownsville office at 617 S. Main Street during their normal hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday) and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Saturday). Donations will be accepted until Friday September 22, 2017. The local SERVPRO franchise will get all the donations to Texas for distribution.
A statement from SERVPRO said, "We have seen the devastation first hand and not only want to help with our services, but also help with these critical needs. Here is an opportunity for our friends in Brownsville and Edmonson County to participate with us to aid the people of Texas."
