This Weekend: Jacob's Home Furnishings Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening: Store Triples In Size

Giveaways, Refreshments, Sales, During Huge Two-Day Community Event

The community is invited to attend the Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Jacob's Home Furnishings on Friday November 2nd. The doors open at 5pm with the ceremony taking place at 5:30. The grand opening of their new location will be on Saturday November 3rd from 9-5. 

There will be giveaways, refreshments, and up to 20% off store-wide.  Customers can register on Friday or Saturday to win a brand new living room suite. The drawing will take place Saturday before closing. Live radio broadcasts with giveaways will also take place on Saturday. 

Jacob's Home Furnishings still offers 36 months interest free financing and now offers a "no-credit-needed" financing option. 

"We are very proud that we kept most of the remodel work within our own employees," said owner Jeff Jacobs. "Which in turn, helps keep prices down for our customers." 

Since the remodel, which is now in the former Dollar General Store location across from the Riverhill Shopping Center, the showroom has tripled in size. Jacob's Home Furnishings said they now offer more customized options than ever before, with over 60 recliners, and over 20 different mattresses from four different brands. The showroom also displays accessory pieces along with  beautiful artwork, some of which are from Kentucky artists.
