Lady Cats Launch Raid on Lady Raiders:

If you were looking for a tight ballgame against a district opponent last night, you were obviously disappointed. If it was a 40 point blowout you were looking for with the Lady Cats playing on cruise control, then you have reason to celebrate. It was never really a contest last night as the Lady Cats simply outmatched the Lady Raiders of Whitesville Trinity.

ECHS started out strong, leading 25-10 after the first quarter, then after outscoring the Lady Raiders 19-6 in the second quarter, took a 28 point lead into the locker room at halftime. After three, the Lady Cats had increased the lead to 40, and it remained that way until the final buzzer sounded as the home team won easily, 67-27. The girls will travel to Logan County on Tuesday for a girl/boy doubleheader beginning at 6pm,
