Lady Cats Earn All-District Honors During Tournament

Three different Lady Cat volleyball team members were honored to All-District teams for the 12th district at Tuesday night's championship game between Trinity and Grayson County, where Trinity claimed the title.

L-R: Chloe Cox, Karissa Waldrop, Mary Hardesty, and Hannah Whittinghill: All-Academic team.

Karissa Waldrop, a senior at ECHS, was named to the All-Academic District 12 Team along with Mary Hardesty (Trinity), Chloe Cox (Grayson), and Hannah Whittinghill (Butler).

Two Lady Cats were named to the District 12 All-Seasonal Team, which were Madison Doyle, a senior, and Emma Woodcock, a sophomore. 

Also named were Savannah Aull and Nina Wathen of Trinity, Hannah Whittinghill and Delaina Flener of Butler County, and Ella Robinson and Laura Higdon of Grayson County.

Sophomore Lady Cat Emma Woodcock was also named to the All-Tournament District 12 Team, along with Brittany Booker, Chloe Mattingly, and Colsi Stauffer (all of Trinity), and Laura Higdon and Ella Robinson (Grayson).
