Lady Cats Face Daviess County Tonight In Region 3 Semi-Final At ECHS

The Lady Cats hope that they can keep the ball rolling, or bouncing in this case, as they take on the Daviess County Lady Panthers in the first game of the Region 3 Tournament Semi Finals tonight at ECHS. Edmonson County is currently ranked 3rd in Region 3 with an overall record of 25-10 and a 14-4 regional record.

Daviess County, currently ranked 2nd in the region has some bouncing momentum themselves, as they've now won their last 15 games in a row. Even though their overall record is better than the Lady Cats at 29-8, they still have an identical regional record of 14-4. 

Tonight's match up with the Lady Cats against the Lady Panthers is anybody's game and will no doubt be exciting to watch. The Lady Cats encourage everyone to come out and cheer on the home team in what could be the final game for seven seniors. 

Let's hope that's not the case and these ladies will continue on for a Regional Title and several more games in 2015. The game is scheduled to begin at 6pm, with top-rated Owensboro Catholic taking on Breckinridge County immediately after.
